Ghana’s envoy is confident New York police will find the killers of a teenage boy
Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, H. E. Victor Emmanuel Smith, says he is confident American police will identify those who fatally shot 15-year old Ghanaian Javits Badu Nkansah Frimpong in New York.

He urged a thorough investigation, including whether the attackers were linked to individuals who had allegedly bullied the teenager at school.
Speaking on Channel One TV’s The Point of View on Monday, 2 November, he said street surveillance footage could help identify the assailants, despite reports that they wore masks.
